Our 15-Point Delivery Checklist

  • Once you place an order, our team will follow up through each step of the fulfillment process (order has been placed, production began, production finished, delivery scheduled).
  • Once on-site our delivery team will meet with you and review the delivery/installation plan.
  • During the installation process, we prioritize keeping a clean workspace.
  • We leave the workspace as clean as it was before we arrived.
  • Before an installation, we will look over the floors, walls, and ceilings with you. Then, after the installation, we will review the floors, walls, and ceilings to ensure no damage was caused.
  • During the installation process, our team will check to ensure measurements are correct to maintain compliant walkways and confirm the digital layout.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all laminate surfaces for damage.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all metal surfaces for damage
  • Upon completion, our team will check all fabric surfaces for damage.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all casters and feet for damage.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all merchandise to ensure it is fastened together securely.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all locks and keys to ensure all storage components are in proper working order with their respective keys.
  • Upon completion, our team will check all mechanical furniture items for proper function.
  • Upon completion, the team lead will do a final walkthrough with the site point of contact. The team lead will go over each previous point on the checklist and, at the end, will sign with the site point of contact to confirm completion without any issues.
  • Once the job is complete, a survey will be issued to track satisfaction and reward our delivery team.
