Located in the picturesque rolling hills of rural Ohio, surrounded by cornfields, forests, and streams, stands the home office of Singleton Construction. Previously occupied in a beautiful hand-crafted custom house, they were eager to stay close to their roots and maintain the same scenery but required a space that was more functional. The decision to erect a new building just a short walk from their current abode, proved the best solution. They now have a central open area with 42 cubicles for their operations team, 4 conference rooms, 3private offices, specialty offices for estimating and accounting, 2 personal hotel rooms, and a spacious kitchen. We were even able to save them money by utilizing some of their existing furniture in the new space, while also providing an astounding office space that is modern, efficient, and has plenty of room for growth.
