You will be notified by email when we receive your merchandise and receive an additional email with your delivery date. If you are purchasing from our used office furniture department we clean and inspect the office furniture before you receive it. We check for any imperfections or blemishes and correct them when possible. For cubicles and chairs, we have a unique commercial cleaning process to prepare the panels or cubicle walls for installation and the chairs for long-term use.
